Unreliable and poor customer servic
by ripped off customer on August 6th, 2008 on The PC Tamers |
| Don't be fooled by their initial friendliness and willingness to help. This "business" is a flat out scam. I took an expensive cell phone to them months ago and they assured me they could unlock it in two to three days. I called every few days for more than a month and when, on occasion, someone actually answered the phone they were rude and fed me some line that they were still working on it. After more than 10 phone calls they told me that it was now in their possession because I had failed to come pick it up in a timely manner. This is a warning to anyone considering using them - DON'T - YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR POSSESSIONS AGAIN. I can't believe businesses like this exist and I can't imagine how the people who run them can sleep at night. |
