212 NYC Wireless is my favorite cellphone store in all of New York. Their phone selection is outstanding. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always have the newest phones before anyone else. They had the new Nokia touchscreen phone before anyone else! I just bought my new phone, the BlackBerry 8900 with them. As always they helped set it up, made sure my emails worked, helped me learn the phone and are always available for questions and support. You might phones a few dollars cheaper elsewhere, but in my experience, customer service like this deserves to be supported, as it pays off in the long run.
