*****  How are they even open!
by Angry customer! on November 30th, 2008
The other day I purchased a Verizon brand cellphone from a man named Kameron whom I believe owns the place, but puts off as if he doesnt. The phone that I was talked into getting was crappy at best! After returning home I noticed that the phone even appeared to be already used!!! WTF! I researched online and also found out that I payed almost $70 more than I would have at a real Verizon store!! Needless to say I went back to return my, pre-used overpriced piece of plastic, and ofcourse now I had to deal with some new spikes haired punk who acted as if I was insane to return the phone! Suddenly there was all this crap about return policies and restocking fee's and even store credit! As if I would buy more things there! In conclusion I was ripped of and treated like a crazy person! I mean they even sell chargers for $20! The same Chinese made, dollar store ones that break 5 days later! It is amazing this company is still in business!
